Phantasy Star Online Ver.2 Problem

Hi.. i was playing the backup of PSO ver.2 and right after i finished the battle of training quest the screen turned dark, the music kept going but the machines wasn't reading (no sounds)... i waited for 5 mins and nothing happened so i open up the lid, took out the cd, and closed it but only the music stopped, the screen remained black........ does anyone know what's wrong with it??? thanks a lot~

I think PSO2 doesn't work perfectly...

This is a part of NFO from Echelon for PSO2 (Jap version) :

"Also, If you have previously used the USA version of Phantasy Star Online Version 1, we recommend not using this release. There are several bugs present with the Flashrom, they are in the original too. We recommend waiting for the USA PSO Ver2 if you have been playing the USA PSO Ver1."

This happens to a lot of people with PSOv1 or 2, backup or real game. They call it the "black screen of death", I'm not sure about what cuases it or anything though. There's a FAQ on it at GameFaqs.com
