Trying to create a VCD from an AVI
I'm trying to create a VCD from an AVI, but I must be missing something. Someone said that I need to put an autorun.inf file on the cd with the vcd movie clip. Is this right? Please help! Trying to take home videos from tape and put them on cd!

You first have to convert your avi into mpeg1 format.
You can then burn it with nero to vcd. (Create vcd) Go here for videotools and tutorials

the obvious - are you sure your dvd player can read copied discs?
