help!

Hi group, can anyone tell me what i am doing wrong? i have gotten the nhl2002 to work fine , but nba live and triple 2002, will just download the exe. but when i extract it i get this stop! saying missing MSAPI dll. what does this mean? also is there a way to get the audio commentary for nhl 2002? and to get it to work online? in the nhl ea lobby? Gil
