sims hotdate backup

hello all im a newbie to this site and to backingup my games i am using clonecd it seems to work super with the games that dont have activation codes like zoo tycoon and such but when i try to use my backup of sims hot date it starts to load and then says no cd cant find cd please insert cd and try again any suggestions ... thanks

ok sorry about the lack of info ..i am using clonecd and my burner is a samsung sw-216B the backup will start to load like it is going to run then stop and give the error code no cd found please insert cd and try again i am running a 1.1gh celeron processor with windows xp 256 meg ram its an e machine the burner is factory ok hope thats enough
