nero says "queuing failed"???

I am getting the same error message from nero maybe 1 out of every 3 discs I try to make.......I start burning as normal from the hard drive (not on the fly)....the program says cacheing files then stops on 3% progress and always 8% on the buffer, it stays this way for about 4-5 mins then says QUEUING FAILED, NON VALID WRITE STATE, BURNING PROCESS FAILED AT 24X, I have the latest firmware from cyberdrive for my cw058 burner, my HDD and DVD are on IDE1 and the burner is alone on IDE2....my specs below....thanks for any help
