Arrow burning ps1

do you have to have a mod chip to play backups in the playstation, and does it matter if you use a cd-r or cd-rw?

I personaly have never used Imation cdr's, but find that TDK, Memorex, Sony and Traxdata give best results. You may find that you have to do a bit of trial anr error before finding the right branded media that works best with you burner, but if you stick to say TDK than you cant realy go wrong.

What you are looking for are cdr's with a blue underside, the darker the better. Dont be fooled by the black bottomed discs as you will probably waste your money.

they are also good cdr's. i use vebs data life plus and never had a problem as far as media goes.you should not have a problem with them but dont go out and buy 50 just incase, buy a few and go from there.
