Virtual Pool 3 latest patch

GameCopy World has a NO-cd file for version 3.1.0.9 listed, yet there seems to be no such patch (Official or otherwise) for VP3.

The latest I have been able to find, and that only on 2 European sites as well as GameSpy is v3.1.0.4 but there does not seem to be a NO-cd file available for this version.

Anyone have any idea whats up with that?

ahh pardon me just noticed this on that No-cd

"NOTE: Reports tell that there was never a 3.1.0.9 Patch available, there was a 3.1.0.4 Patch but this one was recalled by Celeris!"

Still sorta strange goings on,

back to version 3.0.9.9. I guess

well I only play the snooker on the proper sized snooker table 12' x 6' does your ultra cool pool have snooker?
