HELP with LASER ADJUSTMENT

I want to adjust my laser on my PS2 NTSC 30001 V4.

Somebody told me that it was easy, so I can get rid of the little sound of the cd-rom while trying to read a game. Does anybody know where I can get the info to do this?

if your games work without crashing and skipping, you shouldn't mess with the laser. chances are you'll make it worse.
