High Speed Media types
Plextor recommends following media for their PlexWriter 40/12/40A
Recommended CD-R Media (74 min) - (4X ~ 40X) Mitsubishi Chemical : CR74 VA1/VP1 Hitachi Maxell: CDR 74 MIX.1P (Must indicate 32X) Recommended CD-R Media (80 min) - (4X ~ 40X) Taiyo Yuden: CDR-80TYPR/WPY Mitsubishi Chemical: CR80 VA1/VP1 Hitachi Maxell: CDR 80 MIX.1P (Must indicate 32X) Recommended CD-RW Media (74 min) - (4X ~ 12X) Ricoh : CDRW74-10XCW Recommended CD-RW Media (80 min) - (4X ~ 12X) Ricoh : CDRW80-10XCW Does someone out there knows where to find a review of these media-types? The availability is close to zero here. Are there any good alternatives?? brgds/Marcel.
