Nero and Fat32 4GB Limit

I am using Primo to backup DVD games and I have used the PX engine upgrade to split the files into smaller parts. This has worked fine, but average success rate.
I am trying to use Nero to see if I get better results, but I am still limited by the 4 GB file size problem.
Is there a patch like the one for Primo to allow you to use Nero with Win Me/9x or are all the people that are using Nero using it on NTFS?
Am I stuck with Primo if I am on FAT32?

I recommend upgrading to win2k (it's a great OS with high stability), and make a partition ntfs.

What do you mean average succes rate. If you apply this patch you should be able to copy all the games np
