Question Please help on ps2 backups

[COLOR=blue]I make a backup image of a PS2 game, It's the Japanese version of the WORLD SOCCER WINNING ELEVEN 5 Final evolution.

I used CDRWIN to make a bin file.

Than I try to use the PPF-o-matic 3.0 to apply the patch it tells me that the image file is not the right size. What could this mean and how do I take care of the problem.

Thank You.
