Gran Turismu 3

I have gran turimso 3 on dvd pal version at home right and i want to make a copy of it but everytime i want to make a image i get a read error. Is this normal or is the dvd fuckup

I have found lightly polishing the original DVD with some metal polish to remove some of the surface scratches solves the problem.

Good luck, don't polish too hard.
