PLEXTOR 12x10x32a SD2 proof ?

Hi there
I wanna buy the Plextor 12x10x32a
But I wanna make sure that it can burn SD2
and playable in other cd-rom players.

backup's of SD2 games made with the plex will play in the plex and perhaps a smattering of other drives, but not nearly every cd-rom... For perfect 1 to 1 backups of SD2 titles, you need a drive based on philips hardware (though these have their drawbacks also- namely spotty subchannel support) or the old 820 or 8220 scsi plex drives (no longer produced)
