origa 1.12
hi folks...
so I´ve decided... the first guy didn´t manage the job, so I´ve got a new contact I could get a messiah/clone, but because of the price chip + install 220 euro, I decide for the Origa 1.12 for about 130 euro so my question this time: how many wires does the origa have...? Is it the best besides messiah...? Which ver. of Region X to use to have no problems...? Is Origa defenitly better than all Neo´s...? Please Charlie and Dust2Dust help with your wisdom...!! YEAH... Not to forget, using the Origa chip, do the games (CD) have to be patched in any way (also the EA games) ...? THANX a lot tomorrow I´l order one |

Hi Campbell - here's your answers and a good choice you've made:
how many wires does the origa have...? 15 Is it the best besides messiah...? Yes - I've got both! Which ver. of Region X to use to have no problems...? PAL so that you can watch other region DVDs Is Origa defenitly better than all Neo´s...? In my opinion yes. NEO4 has 44 wires and won't play import originals which Origa does. YEAH... Not to forget, using the Origa chip, do the games (CD) have to be patched in any way (also the EA games) ...? No patches are necessary if you use CloneCD for CD games. Your reader/burner has to be 100% compatible, using RAW-DAO+96 (as specified at www.elby.de). DVD games copied by Nero or PrimoDVD don't need patching. Hope that answers it all.

thanks ps2 charlie
yeah it`s THAT complicated... I´m already tired of looking for a good solution.... I´ve also been reading tons of news, when people reported when they installed origa 1.12 or neo2.5, their ps2 consoles got damged in some strange way... then some people said is better using ar 2 than region dvd X,... I don´t really want to get a chip installed and my console beeing damaged, yeah I know I think kind of complicated,...but it´s crap I´ll be happy when this quest will be over and I´ll have my mod-chip... so greetings to all ya folks out there... |
