HP8200i - Does anyone have this burner and use it successfully for DC?

I have the Hewlett Packard 8200 internal drive and for the life of me i cannot get disk juggler image nor nero image files to work on it.
Im basically just wondering if anyone else has had success or failure using this drive. I have nothing but failure.
