GLH is on a distinguished road
Star Trek : Voyager - Elite Force has SafeDisc V1 Protection. So you can take UnSafeDisc V1.55 from ####://gamefix.dxs.to to make a fixed EXE.
To make a copy of your disc, you only need to copy all files from cd to harddisk swap the original stvoy.exe with the fixed one and burn it back with the same cd label (name) as the original cd.

If you don't mean the normal game, but the Expansion Pack there is no easy way the make a copy. It has SafeDisc V2 - Protection. Try using one of the Unsafedisc V2 Versions. If you have the german version of the expansion pack, i can send you a fixed exe via mail. Mail me if you want the file !!!

DoubleTap
There is one more alternative that might work. Use CloneCd version 3.x and burn the image using the following settings:
Fast Error Skip
3 retries
No Error Correction
Only use your burner for the image file and the transfer to Cd and never exceed 2X speed.
Once your have the Image file in the directory that you selected to put it in use BetaBlocker on the .img file. You can download Betablocker for free at www.cdrinfo.com. This program is really easy to use...just launch the program, drag and drop the .img file into the window and execute Betablocker. This program was designed for people to use who have burners that aren't 100% compatible with CloneCD. While you are over at CDRinfo you might want to also pick up ClonyXl, this program shows you the protection the game has and what options to use with CloneCd...usually! The only problem it has is being specific about SecuRom settings...that's another topic
