Back up Opposing Force with Nero

Trying to make a backup of Opposing Force using Nero , but am having no joy whatsoever. What do I need to do to get a working backup ? Step-by-step ? I must stress that this is purely for backup purposes ....

Hope someone can help , as I now have more drinks coasters than the average pub - I don't need any more !
