Need Help with Backup of CIV3 Please!

Hi all. I am trying to make a backup of my original CIV3 game CD.
I am using CloneCD from GameCopy World on a Creative CD R/W. I can read the CD and create the Image file on my hard drive.
From that point on I am unsure of how to proceed. It is protected by SafeDisk2, according to Yaps.
I downloaded Unsafedisc 2.4.1, but do not understand how to use it properly.
Can someone offer some assistance in making a personal backup of CIV3 please?

I´ve tried to make an copy with Clone cd and the Clone cd Database with an Philips burner.I start the Database and look for protect then i strat Clone CD.And burned in 2 Speed.After that the Game runs well.But with the same Protection on Empire Earth i want to burn it.But the Game don´t run.So i look for an fiexed exe.But Civ 3 runs well.So tried and have fun
