PLZ PLZ Help Me..PLZ !..I need a NoCD Exe for Championshio Manager 01/02 that works...PLZ Help!

i have tried the .ace and .zip files from GameCopyWorld and looked elsewhere for a fixed exe for CM3 01/02 but no luck!
The problem i'm having is that i cannot extract the GameCopyWorld's .ace file as it keeps on saying archive is damaged even though i have downloaded a number of different times and the 3.9.62 version doesn't seem to work either, i can get the cracks to run but the .reg file i can't execute on that one............

I've read through a lot of posts and can't find a solution.................Help will be much appreciated please please.... i beg you.....this really is doing my head in.
