Cant read 80 Min CDS HELP!

I cant seem to be able to read 80 minute cds

I tried both my CD-ROM (samsung SC-152C)
and my CD-R (HP 8100i)

None of them can seem to read a cd with 692 megs, which fits on a 700 Mb cd, my cd-writer created it, but it cant read it.

What Program did you use?
Unless it's 800 or 850's almost every CDR drive will support 700 megs...
