cracked copy of flashers need update exe, stuck real bad. help plz

need to update my cracked op flashpoint. try the update of the mags and insert cd comes up.( i dont have the cd, well the right one anyway). so can anyone help please. oh im not that good at this shit so links would be best to the exe if thats poss. cheers.
