Arcanum Wont load :(

I have installed Arcanum from my HD since i dont have the CD's.
I patched it to version 1.070 and copied the fixed exe into the arcanum dir.
But the sad thing is that the game wont run. I see the Sierra logo, next the troika logo and then , bump I'm out in windows again. Its the same with the 1.060 version. Perhaps its got something to do with installing from HD.

So please , if anybody have had the same problem or know something of it , please reply. !!!!! Tnx
