MS Train Simulator 2nd CD Help!!!!

I've made a backup of Train Simulator, and the 2nd cd displays an error message while installing. The only crack I've found (and it has been in this web) is to crack the game once installed. I think I need a cracked "setup.exe" to avoid the CD protection check. Where can I find it?
Or, is it any other way of copying it making use of the already copied CD??
