Its actually on the site already - look in the game index, and then click M for MechCommander 2..
The only problem I have found is that ALL of the files give me the following error - when I try to unzip them... Unknown method in << filename >> Can anyone help me with this one? Is it a case of the zip/ace/rar file was made with a newer version of the zipper/archiver etc than I currently have?? If anyone can help I'd be very greatful.. Regards Robbie

Ok, firstly, I aint been here for ages, and only happened come to across the 'italians' posting today... Secondly...it is quite possible that the 'Italian' is new the forum - and may have just posted instead of doing a 'search' or what ever first... Threatening to ban people who help is a little harsh isnt it? And whilst you'll probably ban me now, I do think that the whole point of this forum is to 'help' people isnt it? If not - why have it at all..? Only my 2 cents...and I'd still like to know what the hell I'm supposed to do with these archived 'no cd' fixes - especially as the site in itself doesnt actually have a 'help' section for each file download does it... Perhaps a kind soul may consider emailing me [email protected] if its not too much to ask - although I will do a 'search' through these postings and see if I can find the answer myself... (we cant all be Gods Mr Bot-CK, some of us have to face the learning curve...) Regards Robb

Anyway...mine is also the test release - I used CloneCD to copy it - the copy installs but then doesnt play - I used the SafeDisc tools for SDv2, and made an exe, but when you run it again it just crashes...with a rather nasty high pitch noise too... Hope this info helps... Bot-CK - sorry for helping someone - but its in my nature... Best regards Robb

Don't feel to bad I got the same empty zip file I know it,s in winace format,but I have Win ME and the shareware ver does not support ME so I can't see paying $30 dollars to crack a 1.2 meg file I think there should be a standared applyed to what is put on the board as crack openers so the people will no what to get to open the files and not haft to have 10 diff formats programs.Thats my two ¢ worth you can call me anything you want BK but not late for supper.I no the guys do a hell of a job helping people and I thank you for it but question will always be repeated much less in a fast moveing site as GamecopyWorld.

How many idiots do we actually have here?
A search of the forum, which almost any brain dead person can do, will reveal lots of posts to this same problem of so-called 'strange, empty, zips', which are variously described as - 'Unknown method in << filename >>' 'when i unzip it there is nothing there! the ace or rar file is gone!' They are bloody ACE files! And then, of course, there is this type of reply from people to stupid to download the LATEST version of Winace - 'Don't feel to bad I got the same empty zip file I know it,s in winace format,but I have Win ME and the shareware ver does not support ME so I can't see paying $30 dollars to crack a 1.2 meg file' The LATEST Winace is available for FREE download from Winace site!

BK--OK OK on winace.com read where it says 1.5 (english ver) dosen't support win 2000 or win ME and you can KMA you godsin.Don't fall off your horse NP or take your hand out of your shirt.PS you are in the wrong godamn area of the pubic to get pissed at little trivial crap as you ramp about.Boy what a cry baby you are kick me off this forum that will show what or how really mature you are over BS that don't mean squat.The world can't be perfect or they wouldn't have A$$holes Like some I no.

Bok please except my apology for my idioticy.I was wrong big time
 .I was on a page that ask for $29.95 to get the winace 2.3.I went back (after your slam duck on me) and found that I can and did download lastest winace ver and it works perfect now I have a working EXE for MC2. So guys get your dumb a$$ in gear and do your home work like i will do next time.
