What protection does the Diablo 2 - Expanison Set Cd uses?

I don't have a RAW cd-writer and have to resort to Nero for my backups - I read the section on backing up protected cds, but have no idea on what protection does the Diablo 2 Expanison uses. Can anyone help me?

It uses SecuROM v2. You should copy the disc with CloneCD.

The problem is that when I launch CloneCD, it hangs when it comes to detecting SCSI devices.

So what are the tools to disable the protection?

Daemon Tools? I don't have THAT much hard-disk! ;-( Too bad for me...
