Ok Everyone, Believe it or not, I just made a working backup of D2ex-LOD.
Setting are as follows:

Using CloneCd 2.8.5.2

Read Option: (Used PX-W1610A - Firm 1.02 Latest)

Read Sub Channel Data: #####ed
Read Sub Channel Audio: Un#####
Fast Error Skip: #####ed
Don't Report Read Error: #####ed
Intel Bad Sector Scanner: Un#####

Other Options:

Read Retries = 0
Error Correction = Hardware

Write Options:

Write Speed = 4x
Burn Proof & Close Last Session = #####ed

I have 4 machines (3 IDE and 1 SCSI) and it work in all of them WITHOUT a patch.
LTA # 0000 for the Plextor 16x. It only took 10 tries! (gota love CDRW disc)
p.s. i dont have burn proof so didnt use cdrw as close session stuffs them i think, i also used the latest cdclone not the one he used, hope this helps
