can't copy city crisis HELP

Hi i try to copy city crisis with clonecd but failed. it seem like clonecd can't extract the data on the disk.PLEASE HELP

CloneCD is licensed?
Reader device & speed?
Writer device and speed?
CloneCD settings?
Error messages if any?

yes my clonecd is lincesed i m using Yamaha 2100ez. i always use max speed and read subchannel from data (on), read subchannel from audio (on). and everything else off and i had no problem backing up other games. when clonecd extracting the files to about 5% it said (failed to read sector). please help and thank you

This is almost certainly a read error on the source disk - especially as you report that other games give no problem. Try washing it in lukewarm soapy wayer, trinse and try again. If the source media is heavily scratched, too bad - your copy will never work and if you ignore errors, your results are liekly to be useless.
