HOW TO RECOGNISE A PHILIPS WRITER

If i say that a philips hardware writer with clone cd then "don't repair subchannel data " can't be ticked becouse the field is gray is that true?

If it is a genuine Philips, it will only copy 16 bytes
Subchannel, which is for Audio, not Data.
