can someone please help me with 2 problems

hey, i need some help on backing up 2 games. first game is The Sims, i copied it using clonecd and when i went to install it to see if it worked it only installed up to 18% then it stopped, can you help me and tell me how to do it right?

And the second game is black and white, i need to know how to back this game up because i just got it and i dont want my sisters to F it up on me.

anyone help please
