Is there any possible way to directly copy a dvd or dvd rom to a cd-r (if the dvd rom is the same size as da cd-r)

NEVER EEEEVVVVVEERRR ISSS A DVD OR DVD-ROM THE SAME SIZE AS A CD-R. LMAO! Dvd's are stored on like 30 GIGA not mega but GIGAbytes. k. u like copy dvd u need like a DVD-R but those are hard to find and are like $20 each. O' corse wut i like to do is to convert my DVD's to DiVx but...
