MADDEN 2001 GAME SETTINGS HELP??

Hey I got Madden Cracked already etc, etc. But Like in NFL2K1 when u r the QB when u hike the ball u see the letters of the player u can pass it to... Right.. So is there any way u can put those letters in this game or not cause when i hike it i dont see any letters under any players at all??? What Can I do???
