How I managed to Copy Star Trek Voyager Elite Force

For some odd reason, I can't see other posts. If this has been said before, my appologies. I won't see the replies to this message, I guess...

Apparently, CloneCD and Adaptec Easy CD Creator 4.03 are incapable of copying Elite Force. Nor will making a data CD and dragging the original CD to the CDR list in Easy CD Creator. Nor still will making an iso image of the CD.

The only solution that worked for me was copying every file to the hard drive (each separately, if you want to be sure, although going by folders should do fine). Then I burned the CDR as a Data CD with Easy CD Creator, giving it as info the contents of the folder containing all the copied files.

Be careful: Don't copy the big folder itself, but what's inside.
Also: Remember to change the name of the CD to "Eliteforce" (without quotation marks)
And finally: You must get the patch from GameCopyWorld.com. Otherwise, it won't work. I guess you could directly burn the patch onto the cd too... But I don't know. In anycase, follow the patch instructions.

It's gonna seem pretty basic for most people, but if a newbie such as myself can find this, then I hope it will help.
