Problem with copy of Age of Empires (German)

I've made a copy of my AoE-CD and my Laptop-CD-Player has
cracked my "normal" CD. Now I have tried to install the game again
to my Laptop and the Setup end at 90%(with videos) resp. 80%
without videos. What to do...?
I've tried to do it a few times, but NO CHANCE. Is the any light
at the end of this tunnel??
