Railroad Tycoon 2, The Second Century

i got the: RT2 - The Second Century v1.53 Fixed Executable [587 KB] from GameFix.....but it doesnt work.

the read me file says: "Install the Game and than Replace the file RT2_tsc.exe (233KB) with the Cracked exe (1.51MB).Thats all Have FUN"

but the orginal RT2_tsc.exe is 1,46MB(not 233kb)???

when trying to use the crack it gives an uknown error message....???

is there a working nocd fix? any solutions?
anyone have got it working?
