Exactly how do I use a NO-CD patch? Please tell me in a way that I would be able to understand.

Install the game - Full Installation.
Extract the Executable Archive to the game directory(Installationdirectory) - overwriting existing files.
Play the Game!

Yeah it will say something close to that, just click yes. Then play the game.
