B17 .dll file's not working. Can anyone help

I have tried the crack file provided to install my backed up version of B17 flying fortress 2, but unfortunately the program does not even start up. The instructions stated were:

1) Full installation
2) Copy crack file to replace original gameinterface.dll
3) Play the game!!!!
4) Frustration

Can anyone out there who have tried the crack file and actually had the game running tell me anything I missed?

It works, but the game itself has that many bugs that it only works on very few machines.
The game developers are attempting to fix this extremely poorly written and prematurely released game.

Got the same problem.Got all the nice history shit and even the crack. But the dam thing just stay's on the ground. If U GOT ANYTHING LATE ME KNOW.pagejean51**********com

Have anybody the reference card of the game as a JEPG or so??
Im searching it. And by the way this shit program even broke down on my PC.
But the patches game (with the dll) runs better then the original one.!!!
