Some help backing up Alice... Please?

I've been trying to back up this game for the past 4 hours. I've read through the entire forum looking for a solution, but most of them didn't work. For you people who have backed up Alice sucessfully, could you tell me how you did it? As of the moment, I have Blindread 3.0.1.1 running and trying to make a CD image. However, it has encountered 191 Bad Sectors. Nonetheless it has reached 1% in about 15 minutes. Can someone help me out and tell me what I'm doing wrong? TIA!

Ever tried CloneCD? I backed up my german version with this proggi succesfully. By the way, it could last a long time to backup, Be patient and let the PC work.
