Would like some Clarification about the CD-Copy Instructions...

I have a Question about the CD-Copy Instructions on this website, could someone please clarify this for me?

When the directions for CD Copying under a certain game say:
"Create the following temporary directory:
TempDir : C:\TEMP\CD"

Do I actually make the path with TempDir : in it or Do I just make it the path C:\TEMP\CD.

I am new at this so please bear with me...
