Help with RS: Covert Operations

Ok I tried to copy the Covert Operations and I couldn't get the cd to copy. The Trainning Disc works, but the Game cd won't copy because there are 14 tracks on it. From CDRWin 3.8C, I can see the first track is mode2 and then from 2 - 14 are all audio tracks. I have tried to make copies with CloneCD 2.5, Nero 5.0, Disc Juggler 2.0 and they won't read the disc. My burner works with all of the programs cause I have used them to make cds with all of the programs. Is there a certain setting that i need to up it in to make copies? Any help would be great.
