Im a NEWB and i really wanna back up Red Alert 2....

Can someone please tell me how to backup Red Alert 2 with step by step instructions because i have no clue what to do. I have clone CD and a 12x cd burner. Plues a DVD drive that plays CD's. I am having problems with clone CD do i have to put exe files into a game before i try to burn it or do i have to get some kind of program before i try to burn the game. Please help i am really confused all i wanna do is make a backup of one of the best games in my opinion.
