Yes, Blank ones!!

ha, I use Black diamond PNY's but prefer Verbatium's from Sam's, they are 80 minute disk with a blank white top no lettering so it doesn't show through my label!!

Verbatim's are the best for burning psx games. u can use generic brands as well but the problem is that they are cheaper quality and on some of the older psx systems the laser gives trouble to read them. so i would recommend the using verbatims.

My Playstation just loves Intenso Cd's, never had a problem, Also seems to burn just lovely super smashing when doing a direct Burn from Rom to Writer at 1X speed... only takes about 8 Minutes per disk....

Generally saying, The brand of cd's don't really decide the quality, it's more like deciding how well the playstation reacts to it. Also as the other guys said, some playstations have more troubles reading some type of cd's then others because of the reflection problem.
If you want to burn cd's at the cheapest price and maintain the quality, then you might wanna consider those cheap cd's such as Maxell and then increasing the power of the lazer inthe playstation to get a better reflection. Well it's all your decision so your the judge of this.
Good Luck!!

Also to add to what I last said, The color of the cd can also tell you how good the cd is. Just look on the cd surface (the one that you burn on) and if it is a gold color, then thats the best quality, then green, then Blue (maxell). So if you do some adjustments to your ps, the maxell could be jsut as good as the gold ones, however, as I earlier said, the gold one's are the best at reflecting so if your not ready to adjust your ps, then I suggest you go with the gold.
I'm afraid I'm not sure about the quality with the black ones, or any other color aside from the Gold green and blue ones.
