Newbie needing help please!!!!!

Ive downloaded clonecd and cdrwin...

I hav lots of pal psx1 games wanting to burn.. If I was to use clone cd, would I use clonecd software alone or do i hav to use it with another software to burn psx1 games properly..
And if the mode on my burner is (RAW SAO somethin, wat does this mean)

And would any cdr disc be good or wat are the best cdr discs to use..

Would I be able to clone any game and how can i know which game to clone..

And wat is a mod chip, do i need it installed on my playstation for these games to work.. And finally wea can i get a mod chip from...

hiya matey 'fraid I don't know a great deal, but basically I find cdrwin the best for copying psx games..... just leave the settings as they are (always worked for me!!). Verbatim cds are generally the best for burning. You need a modchip installed into your playstation for it to be able to read copies. There are loads of different ones, just type in Modchips on your search engine and you will find plenty of sites available that will install them. Also be aware that some games are copyrighted and need something called a patch on them which you also have to download (check out ####://go.to/psxcplist for a list of games which need patching). However I am still trying to do this myself so can't really give you anymore advice on that!! Hope this helps ........

cd clone is the best to use BUT it as to be 100% compatible with your writer you can clone all the games but there are some games which are mod chip protected you will know if its mod chip protected as the real game will NOT work in a chiped psx if clone is not compatible with your writer use cdrwin plus you will need cdrwin if you get a game which is mod chip protected plus you need a prog called ppf-o-matic this is to patch protected games (you can download this from megagames.com) DEANO as a site which will help you with how to back up psx games ####://www.psxcopyworld.co.uk
