how to convert ntsc to pal

without patch the iso games ...............is there a cd that change the frequency from 60 to 50 mhz............because the games ntsc go up and down the screen

I use an NTSC to PAL convertor - avoids having to patch the games

download pal4u from megagames.com it should help you convert either way
