TTT EURO Pal Patch not working!

While using PPF-O-Matic to patch a clean bin containing an image of Tekken Tag Tournament with the patch file by Virus2, i get the PPF-O-Matic error that suggests NOT to patch the file! Could someone help me on this?

Patching SSX was a walk in the park! Why am I having problems with TTT? Has anyone else had the same problem?
