Flightless KIWI needs help with PSX2!!

I just purchased a PSX2 in New Zealand(ZONE 4 -SCPH30002)with New Zealand being so far behind times,the zoning factor is a problem as there are more ZONE 1 DVD Movies here than ZONE 4 and of course they can't be played. I currently own a chipped PSX1 that is able to play backup copied games obviously. The information that i would appreciate to know is if there is a way of playing copied games both PSX1 and PSX2 and watching ZONE1 DVD Movies on my PSX2. Postage and installing whatever needs to be done wont be a problem just a little information on the devices such as how they work and email sites where i can purchase them from,I thank everyone that reads this message with or without information regarding my problem. they have all the info you need for modchips etc etc.

Im using a NEO2.2 chip and REGION X as my boot CD this allows my to play all my PS1 and PS2 backups but also allows me to watch muti-region DVDs
