Triple Play Baseball (PS2)

I am very new to this new idea of burning backup copies of games. I have tried making a back up copy of Triple Play Baseball for the PS2, and when I put it in my PS2, it says," Please insert a Playstation or Playstation 2 formate disk."
What am I doing wrong. I am using Diskjuggler to create a cd image, then I use Diskjuggler to burn the cd image. Can somebody please help me out.

I'm sure you'll get further and deeper advice, but from the forum you'll see that for a ####t, CDR-WIN or CLONE CD are the recommended disk burners.

Then a modchip is required for enabling the backups to be played. All set out in this forum. Also full descriptions in playstationmodes.com or megagames.com
