Who is really backing up PS2?

Talk to me dudes. What's the score? You name it. I've burn't it but cannot back-up PS2 - Have a Philips IDE burner which won't look at them yet will eat PS1, Audio or data. Tried CDclone, CDRwin but just end up with coasters- Can't find any patches for the games (Taxi, Scope, NFL, Fifa) so trying raw but still crashing and burning!!
What are the hot toaster's using?
