Trouble Booting Top Gear Dare Devil Copy

Anybody successfully copy Top Gear Dare Devil? I've been able to successfully burn every game I've tried (EA sports games aside,) and use it with my Neo Key and GS 1.4 on my version 4 PS2. This one is defying me, though. I've tried Padus Discjuggler, CloneCD, and CDRWin, and all of them produce a copy that fails to boot using any of the methods I've seen posted here.
I'm thinking it might be the CDR I'm using, but all the other games worked with it. Anybody have success with this one? Anyone seen a patch for it?
