They aren't USA based, but they have the best prices and I haven't had any problems with them. They are located in Canada with prices as low as $16.00 for a prewired chip ----->>>>

P.S. Go with the internal modchip... my opinion of the Neokey is unstable and does not boot all games even with the GameShark 2! If you can solder it's well worth it!
