Guitar Freaks on U.S. PSX

Hi, If anybody knows how I can get this game to play on my modded U.S. 7501 PSX, please advise? I've tried backing it up and patching it with "Patch-It" to play on U.S., but CDWin gives me an error on the "cue" file before it ####ts to burn. And I've tried using the ParAdoX boot disk (ImportPlayer v2.0 Alpha), with video mode set to NTSC, and it still doesn't work. Any ideas? Thanks.
